At craftgen, we strive to provide prompt and reliable delivery for all orders. Items that are in stock typically ship within 1–2 business days after order receipt. For handcrafted items, processing times may vary—usually between 1–2 weeks depending on production capacity. Should there be any delays, we will inform you via email.

Estimated delivery times range from 2–9 business days after shipment.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipment notification from craftgen once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping typically takes approximately 5 business days.

U.S. Shipping Rates:

• 25% of the total order if the order is greater than $23.96

• Flat rate of $5.99 if the order is $23.96 or less

U.S. Tax Rates:

• Sales tax: 12% of total order value
